Access to bet.100 is strictly limited to individuals aged 21 years and above, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. Age verification is mandatory during registration.
Each individual may hold only one registered bet.100 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
Withdrawals above ₱10,000 require completion of KYC identity verification using a valid Philippine government-issued ID. This is a regulatory requirement, not a discretionary policy of bet.100.
All promotional bonuses and free credits issued by bet.100 are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The specific requirements for each promotion are stated in the applicable promotion terms.
Collusion, bonus abuse, use of automated betting software, and any form of fraud are strictly prohibited on bet.100. Violations result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds without prior notice.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of bet.100 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts and regulatory bodies.

2.1 Age Requirement. Access to and use of the bet.100 platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine law. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. bet.100 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The bet.100 platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. bet.100 does not accept registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
2.3 Registration Requirements. To register an account on bet.100, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.
2.4 One Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on bet.100. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
2.5 Account Approval. bet.100 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.
Important: Providing false information during registration, including a false date of birth to circumvent the 21+ age requirement, is a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions and may constitute a criminal offence under Philippine law. bet.100 will report suspected cases of underage gambling to the relevant authorities.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bet.100 account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. bet.100 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
3.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify bet.100 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. You can contact our support team via live chat available on the platform at any time.
3.3 Account Accuracy. You are responsible for ensuring that all information associated with your account remains accurate and up to date. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delays in processing withdrawals or the suspension of your account pending verification.
3.4 Personal Use Only. Your bet.100 account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any other person to use your account to place bets or access the platform. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you authorized that activity.
3.5 KYC Verification. bet.100 may require you to complete identity verification at any time, including but not limited to prior to processing withdrawals, upon reaching certain transaction thresholds, or as required by applicable regulations. Acceptable identification documents include valid Philippine government-issued IDs such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, or Voter's ID.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. bet.100 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. bet.100 reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to users.
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your bet.100 account instantly. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect in your account balance, subject to the processing schedules of the relevant financial institution.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one (1) to three (3) banking days. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
4.4 Withdrawal Verification. Withdrawals exceeding ₱10,000 require completion of KYC identity verification as described in Section 3.5. bet.100 reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal at its sole discretion.
4.5 Same-Method Policy. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. bet.100 reserves the right to require additional verification if a withdrawal is requested to a different payment method.
4.6 Transaction Fees. bet.100 does not charge fees on GCash or PayMaya deposits and withdrawals. Fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside the control of bet.100 and are your sole responsibility.
4.7 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. bet.100 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of ₱100 per month to dormant accounts with a remaining balance, following thirty (30) days' written notice to the registered email address.
Note: bet.100 does not accept cash deposits or withdrawals. All transactions must be conducted through the approved electronic payment methods listed above. Funds deposited into your bet.100 account do not earn interest.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free credits, free spins, and promotional offers made available by bet.100 are subject to these general terms and any additional terms specific to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, all bonus credits must be wagered a minimum of twenty (20) times before any winnings derived from bonus credits may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each promotion.
5.3 Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. bet.100 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Players who have self-excluded or set deposit limits may not be eligible for certain promotional offers.
5.4 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent the terms of any promotion — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine play, or any other form of bonus manipulation — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus credits and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
5.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. bet.100 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are offered at the sole discretion of bet.100 and do not constitute a contractual obligation to continue offering such promotions in the future.
6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on bet.100 are subject to acceptance by the platform. bet.100 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after an event has commenced, bets placed on markets that have been suspended, or bets that appear to be placed in error.
6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on bet.100. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may be modified by bet.100 at any time.
6.3 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or human error that results in incorrect odds, payouts, or game outcomes being displayed, bet.100 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the relevant players. bet.100 is not liable for any losses arising from such errors.
6.4 Finality of Results. Game results and sports event outcomes as determined by bet.100's systems and data providers are final. Disputes regarding results must be submitted to bet.100 customer support within forty-eight (48) hours of the relevant event or game round concluding.
6.5 Responsible Betting. Players are encouraged to set personal betting limits through the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings. bet.100 supports responsible gambling and provides tools to help players manage their activity on the platform.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bet.100 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in referral to the relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
8.1 Ownership. All content on the bet.100 platform, including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, text, and trademarks, is the property of bet.100 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.
8.2 Limited License. bet.100 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the platform.
8.3 Restrictions. You may not scrape, crawl, or otherwise systematically extract data from the bet.100 platform. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in connection with the platform.
9.1 Platform Availability. bet.100 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical issues, and circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features.
9.2 Exclusion of Consequential Damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bet.100 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
9.3 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, bet.100's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bet.100 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Gambling Losses. bet.100 is not liable for any gambling losses incurred by you through your use of the platform. Gambling involves risk, and you acknowledge that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit and wager on bet.100.

Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of termination will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any required verification procedures, unless the termination is due to a violation of these Terms & Conditions, in which case bet.100 reserves the right to withhold such funds pending investigation.
13.1 Right to Amend. bet.100 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication of the updated Terms & Conditions on the bet.100 website.
13.2 Notice of Changes. Where changes to these Terms & Conditions are material, bet.100 will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account. It is your responsibility to ensure that your registered email address is current and that you review communications from bet.100 promptly.
13.3 Continued Use. Your continued use of the bet.100 platform following the publication of amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and close your account in accordance with Section 12.1.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

14.4 Jurisdiction. Subject to Section 14.2, each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions.
14.5 Severability. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable. The validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
14.6 Entire Agreement. These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and bet.100 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.
